Favorite Easy Green Smoothie

This super easy, no-fuss green smoothie has only 5 -ingredients and minimal amount of prep required!
Ingredients
  • 2½ cups of nut milk [ replace it with your choice of milk ]
  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 scoop protein powder [ I use VEGA Protein Powders ]
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar [ replace with choice of sweetener ]
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • handful of baby spinach [ about 2 cups, can add more if you like ]

  • Make it for 1 person -
  • 1½ cup of nut milk [ replace it with your choice of milk ]
  • ½ scoop protein powder [ I use VEGA Protein Powders ]
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1½ teaspoon coconut sugar [ replace with choice of sweetener ]
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
My Notes
To make your smoothie more chilled you can add 3-5 ice cubes, or use frozen bananas.

If you add protein powder to this than choose one that has neutral flavor, not super overpowering unless thats what you like in your smoothies regularly, I like to add protein powder that has more vanilla base.
